What does ceramic coating include ?

Step 1 Thorough cleaning

For the ceramic coating to take, your paintwork must be immaculately cleaned. Our team of professional valets uses a pH-neutral car shampoo to eliminate dirt, grime, and contaminants from the surface, following which we carefully dry the vehicle with soft, microfibre towels, minimising any risk of scratching.

Step 2 Paint Correction

As part of the process, we apply a nano-layer of adhesive primer between the paintwork and the ceramic coating. This ensures a tight bond and is vital to achieving the perfect finish. To ensure an even bond between the two layers, your paintwork needs to be free of even the smallest imperfections. This is achieved by progressive rounds of polishing using specialist equipment and various grades of polishing compound that restore your vehicle to a flawless sheen.

Step 3 Ceramic Coating Application

Once the adhesive layer has been applied, our team gets to work administering the ceramic coating. This is a time-consuming process requiring precision and skill that our detailers have in abundance. We have developed a systematic method of application in which the coating is installed in small sections using a criss-cross pattern. This ensures complete and even distribution of the coating across the entirety of the bodywork, guaranteeing a uniform finish.

Step 4 Finishing

With the coating applied, it’s time to achieve the spectacular finish you’ve paid for. We carefully level the coating with a premium microfibre towel, gently buffing the surface to eliminate any imbalances. This meticulous attention to detail provides your vehicle with a durable and glossy protective layer that is smooth to the touch.
